Terms of Service

By accessing VedSetu's website (vedsetu.com) or using any of our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

VedSetu is an online platform that connects customers with independent pandit service providers for religious ceremonies, puja services, astrology consultations and related spiritual services. VedSetu acts as an intermediary platform and is not directly responsible for the conduct of individual pandits.

Services include but are not limited to: pandit booking for home pujas, virtual puja streaming, astrology consultations, festival calendar information, and puja samagri delivery.

A booking is confirmed only after you receive a written/SMS confirmation from VedSetu with your booking ID. Verbal commitments are not binding.

• Provide accurate information about the puja, location and requirements
• Ensure the venue is accessible and safe for the pandit
• Be available at the scheduled time
• Treat the pandit with respect and courtesy

Rescheduling is permitted up to 12 hours before the scheduled time. Changes with less than 12 hours notice are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

• Payment is required at the time of booking confirmation
• All prices include GST where applicable
• Accepted payment methods: UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking
• Cash payments may be accepted for certain bookings at VedSetu's discretion
• Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed bookings retain the quoted price

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information during booking
• Harass, abuse or disrespect any pandit or VedSetu staff
• Use our platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to bypass our booking system or contact pandits directly to avoid platform fees
• Post false or defamatory reviews about pandits or VedSetu

VedSetu's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific booking in dispute. VedSetu is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. VedSetu does not guarantee specific spiritual or religious outcomes from any puja or ceremony.

Any disputes arising from these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through VedSetu's customer support. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India, and governed by Indian law.
